As a micro coaxial cable assembly service focused on prototyping, we encourage customers to start new projects with smaller volume, then scale to larger volume after the design is proven. To support that workflow, we offer a 10% repeat discount for new orders that meet the following criteria.
- Order is placed on a project that has fulfilled orders.
- Order is placed within 180 days after the last fulfilled order on the same project.
- Order quantity is more than 5 pcs.
After an order ships, a Reorder button will show up below the information panel of last shipped order. By clicking the reorder button, user can go through the quotation process with new quantity and ship-to address. The repeat discount automatically applies if new order is eligible.
- If the new order is not eligible for repeat discount, the revisit discount applies — these discounts do not stack.
- The discount applies against the value of the goods themselves, not including shipping fee.
- The design itself cannot be updated for repeated orders.
Note that all new orders need to go through the quotation process anyway. As a result, the unit price may differ from previous order even with the same quantity. The discount always applies against the new price.
