As an online service provider, we always treasure voices from customers. So we encourage user to give feedback on each order. After an order is fulfilled, user will get a review link for that order. Upon the finish of review, the corresponding order will be added to user's credit, which will be used to calculate the discount amount for next order.
When user places next order, a 5% revisitor discount will be automatically applied. The rate applies on either of the following, whichever is smaller.
- Accumulated goods value of all reviewed orders from the same user
- Goods value of new order
- In both cases, the discount rate applies on the value of goods itself, not including shipping fee.
For example, assuming a user has made two orders, each at the price of $150 (excluding shipping fee), when he puts a 3rd order at the price of $200, a $10 discount will be automatically applied. Alternatively, if the 3rd order costs $400, a $15 discount will be applied.
Note that the review link is only available in limited time window. User will get notified by email when the window opens. Make sure to finish the review before it's closed. Moreover, to get the discount effectively applied, make sure to login before clicking the Get Quote button.
