      If you found any of the following facts upon receipt, 
      please do not hesitate to contact our support team by posting messages from contact page.
    
    
      - Product damaged in transit.
- Incorrect item received.
- Product does not conform to specifications stated in drawing.
      If we confirmed returning is the best solution, our staff will help you complete a return.      
    
    
      Please follow the guidelines below when initiating a return.

        Due to the "Build to Order" nature of micro coaxial cables, we are unable to accept any returns 
        except for the cases listed above.

        All returns must be initiated, by posting message at contact page, within 10 days of receipt.      
      
- All returns must be authorized by Support prior to sending any Product(s) back.
      
- 
        Returned items must be in their original packaging. 
        All the original boxes must be intact and must include, 
        along with all packaging materials, all accessories provided by Seller.
      
- Returns will take up to 5 working days to process, after the goods have arrived.
- Refunds, if applicable, can only be applied to the original payment method.
      
- Return shipping charges, including exporting tax and importing tax, should be paid by the customer.
      We will refund shipping charges if the claimed issue is justified.
