Can you make non-micro coaxial cable?

No. That kind of product is out of our business scope.

Are your products RoHS compliant?

Yes, all our products comply with RoHS, but by default we only provide reports for materials used in production. We can also provide reports for specific product per customer requirement, but the charge for such reports needs to be paid by customer. Please contact our support team if needed.

I am a hobbyist but not a business entity, can I place an order?

Yes. As long as you can make payments on PayPal.

Can you provide invoice?

Yes. We can provide commercial invoices for all filled orders. Note that you can download the invoice only after the order is shipped.

Can you support this connector?

Try to play with our online cable design tool. If you can find your connector there, we can definitely support it! If not, feel free to post a message on contact page. We can probably support it, just not enough time to put it in the library.

Can you ship to my country?

Probably yes. We can ship to all around the world. Please note that for some countries that is lack of modern logistics, it may take longer time to arrive.

Can I aggregate multiple orders into one package?

Yes. Please contact us within 48 hours of the first order. We will recalculate the shipping fee and refund the shipping fee of aggregated orders. Please note that we do not commit to aggregate all orders as you requested. They are performed as best effort.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accept payments with PayPal. However, PayPal itself supports multiple payment methods. For details, check PayPal's help page.

Can you pay up all custom fees for me?

As customs fees, duties, and taxes are not predictable before corresponding goods arrive at import custom office, we believe it better to leave the payment to you. So our quotation does not include those fees. If you do hate to deal with those affairs, please contact our support team, we may ask you to deposit some money that is enough to cover all the fees that may happen. Then we can process the import fee instead of you, and refund unused money after the goods arrive. Please note that this process may take longer time than normal shipping.
